Wellstone Documentary Film Series Continues with "Iraq For Sale" on Oct. 26

The South Portland Democratic City Committee will continue its monthly Wellstone Documentary Series, Thursday Oct. 27, when it shows Robert Greenwald’s “Iraq for Sale” at the South Portland Community Center.  Doors open at 6:00 with the film beginning at 6:30 p.m. and running 75 minutes.  While there is no admission fee, donations are always welcome.

Known for “WalMart: The High Cost of Low Price,” “Outfoxed: Rupert Murdoch’s War on Journalism,” and “Uncovered The War on Iraq,” director Robert Greenwald takes you inside the lives of soldiers, truck drivers, widows, and children who have been changed forever as a a result of profiteering in the reconstruction of Iraq.
