South Portland Democrats Host Candidates Night on Tuesday, June 3rd at City Hall

One week to the day before the Democratic Primary Election, the South Portland Democrats will be hosting an important campaign event in the City Council chambers. The public is invited to attend the forums in person or they can watch them live on South Portland Public Access Television, SPC-TV, Channel 2 beginning at 7:00 p.m. and running until approximately 9:30 p.m. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.

Democratic candidates for the 1st Congressional District (or their spokespersons) will appear first, followed by the Democratic Candidates for the Maine House and Senate. The candidates for Congress are Mike Brennan, Adam Cote, Mark Lawrence, Steve Meister, Chellie Pingree, and Ethan Strimling. Candidates for the Maine Senate District 7 race are Rep. Larry Bliss and Ed Kelleher. Maine House candidates Terry Morrison, Rep. Jane Eberle and Rep. Bryan Kaenrath will also appear.
