Historic Democratic Sweep of Senate and House Seats in South Portland!

For the first time in the history of South Portland, all of our elected representatives in Augusta will be Democrats. Sen. Lynn Bromley from the 7th District was re-elected, turning back challenger Kevin Glynn by a substantial margin. In the 122nd House District, Rep. Larry Bliss easily won re-election over Paul Nixon. In the 123rd House District, Rep. Jane Eberle beat back challenger Gary Crosby. In an open seat, newcomer Bryan Kaenrath (seen at left with Campaign Manager Christina Bowman) was the victor over Republican David Feeney in District 124.
