Saturday, August 12 was a beautiful, sunny day. It was a perfect day to engage in a little summer campaigning at South Portland’s Mill Creek Park. There was just the slightest feeling of fall in the air, with a steady breeze that could occasionally gust enough to take your cap off. That didn’t seem to bother any of the talented local area artists, many of whom reported enjoying a steady day of business.
Nor did it bother South Portland’s own Senator Lynn Bromley, who has thrown her hat in the race for re-election to once again represent the communities of South Portland, Cape Elizabeth, and part of Scarborough for District Seven in the Maine State Senate.
