Richard Rottkov Resigns as Chair of SoPo Democrats

Dear South Portland Democrat,

As many of you may know, in December I tendered my resignation as Chair of the South Portland Democratic City Committee. At that time Committee members asked me to remain as chair until our regular March meeting and I agreed to do so. As I prepare to leave my post in a couple of weeks, I urge you to become actively involved in the process to elect a new Committee Chair.
