As we approach 2009 - which promises to be one of hope and change for our country - and as we continue to revel in our many Democratic victories throughout the nation, I warmly extend my thanks and appreciation to all the hardworking citizens of South Portland who gave their all to make these victories possible.
I am stepping down as Chair of the South Portland Democratic City Committee and I officially announce the call for nominations for the position of Chair.
