Deborrah Jabar Seeks Chair of South Portland Democrats

Deborrah Jabar is a candidate for Chair of the South Portland Democratic City Committee. Jabar is seeking the seat which will be vacated by current Chair Richard Rottkov at the March 21 meeting of the South Portland Democrats. Rottkov submitted his resignation at the regular monthly meeting of the SoPo Dems in December.
