South Portland City Council candidate Tom Blake brought his campaign to the September meeting of the South Portland Democratic City Committee. Speaking to committee members attending the regular monthly gathering in the Congregation Church’s Wright Pavillion, Blake touted his experience and spoke of his great commitment to making our city a better place.
